Since we didn't get to do much hiking the day before we planned to do a small hike down the ski hill on our last day before we headed home. However, just as we were getting ready to buy our ski lift passes to take us to the top, lightening started so the ski lift was grounded. We were all so bummed, but decided to drive up the back of the mountain just so we could see the view. When we got to the top, the lightening had stopped and we found several hiking trails, so we decided to check them out. Boy, we were so glad we did. We saw some amazing views and got in a great 2 hour hike. Here are some pictures from the hike
