Grandma's in town!!!

Well my Mom was just in town for 2 weeks and of course we all have so much fun when she's around.  Unfortunately, this year she ended up with a little cold so she didn't get to do all of the things with the kids that she had planned.  (and for those of you that know my Mom, her to-do list was a mile long)  Anyway, it was still good to see her and we all want her back real soon.  (healthier this time  )  :}

As most of you know, I NEVER dress up for Halloween because it is my B-day so I feel I don't need to.  :}  Unfortunately, this year our neighbors had a party and he said I had to dress up because it wasn't actually on Halloween.  OK, OK.... so I did.  Anyway, here are the pictures.  R and I dressed up as a nurse and Dr.  It was a fun night and fun to see all of the different costumes.

Trunk Or Treat

Well we started our first of many trick or treating events last Friday.  F's school had a trunk or treat event so we all went and invited their cousins to join us.  For those who have never heard of trunk or treat before, it is basically like going trick or treating door to door but instead you go from trunk to trunk in the parking lot.  Most of the time the trunks were decorated with  all sorts of Halloween stuff.  It was a fun time and of course they got lots of candy.... not that they will need any of it after this whole week is over.  

A Day with friends

Last Friday I was able to have such a great day catching up with old friends.  We all once used to work together at Office Max and together we were the Copy Max Queens.  Since then we have branched out and moved, had children and gotten married.  It is so fun that we are all still friends even though the distance has separated us and we aren't able to see each other as much as we used to.

The other day A and I were spending some one on one time together at home and he said, "Hey Mom, take a picture."  So I got out the camera and we had a little photo shoot.  I think I got some really cute shots so I just wanted to share.  He is so precious and has the best personality.
