F had her 3rd meet of the season last weekend and we lucked out because it was in Midland.  She was so excited about it because all those friends that have been supporting her were able to finally get a chance to watch her do her thing.  She had a great meet and we're so proud of how far she's come and how hard she's worked to get there.  

She received 2nd place on Double mini, which is her least favorite so that was really exciting.  She had 2 practically stuck landings which was fantastic!!  I love how high she is holding her head,  So very proud.  See all the team mates in silver??  I guess the gym she competes for, took home the most medals in this event.  Pretty awesome.  

The next event was floor which is the one she had been struggling with.  Not anymore, she did fantastic and received a 3rd place medal.

The last event was trampoline, which is normally her best event.  The strangest thing happened (I told you that gymnastics is a weird beast), but she just froze on the trampoline and wouldn't start her pass.  She just kept jumping.  The coach was able to calm her down and EVENTUALLY after a whole lot of encouragement and cheers from her "fans" she completed a very nice routine.  She ended up stepping out of bounds at the end of her routine, which is why she received 5th place.

 Her teacher came to support her which just meant the world to F.  It was so nice to have her there and F was just really, really excited.

Some more of F's fans.  This is J's old soccer coach and we've become really good friends with their entire family.  It was so special to have them there to watch F.  She loved showing off her stuff. :}

The Cottle clan came and supported F as well.  They have just been true supporters of F since the very beginning.  We love them dearly and were so glad they were able to come.  Thanks for being our adopted family.  F loved having the whole Cottle family and Nana and Granda there to cheer her on.  We love you guys!!!
