We're moving!!

Well, God has definitely led in our family in another direction.  About a week before we went to Arizona for my Sister in Law's birthday party, R got a random call from a hospital in Arizona. (sign #1)  They were very interested in him and said he came with high recommendation.  They wanted to know if he would be interested in applying for a position at the hospital.  He said sure and they wanted to set up an interview.  Funny thing is, we were going to be out there the following week.  (sign #2)  They set up a full interview with them and while we were out there he went to the interview and it all went very well and he LOVED the facility.  (sign #3)  About a week later he got a call and was offered the job. (sign #4)  We just couldn't believe it.  R's Dad had been in the hospital for a bit when we were in town and the reality of being close to family really hit home. (sign #5)  Also, we've known this for about a year now but the owners of the house we've been renting in Midland want to sell it, so we need to be out of it this year in June. (sign #6)  There were so many signs that just kept pointing us in the direction of this move and job change.  It was a bittersweet decision because we've really gotten in a routine here in Midland and there are quite a few things that we really like but we truly felt that when God continues to open doors, we must walk through them.  We're going to miss a lot about Midland.  We've made some really nice friends, I love the kids school, F's done so well in gymnastics, R loved being apart of the Sockers team and I love my job at the YMCA but being close to family and the convenience of all that Phoenix has to offer is definitely a big pull for us.

So after R told his job, we told the kids.  I decided to do a letter scavenger hunt and let F and A hunt for the letters.  Once they did, they gave them to J who had to unscramble them to make words.  Here are some pictures of them working on the puzzle.

J thinks he has an idea

F is starting to get it.

AFter the kids found out, F ran and gave R a big hug.  Not sure if you can tell but R has big tears in his eyes.  The kids were so excited and it made him happy that they were happy.  Big relief!

The final puzzle.

Here is the actual video of them solving the puzzle.  It's really neat!!
