J had his first away soccer tournament last weekend and he was so excited for it. Unfortunately, they lost 2 games and won only 1 which put them out of the running for the finals but they played hard. It was still good experience for the boys and J had a really fun time. Here is a picture of J with his captains band on. (the blue band on his arm) We was so proud of him because the boys have to be nominated as captain based on their hard work during practice. J has been nominated the last 4 weeks and he has taken on that captain role with such leadership and responsibility for his team. Such a wonderful thing to see.

After the tournament we were able to gather as a team for a BBQ and boat ride. It was a nice time to unwind and relax as a team. As we were leaving we saw a field of deer and turkey. It was pretty cool.
