Sockers

Well as you can see I'm a little behind in posting to our blog.  We've already moved to Az and are mostly settled in here and all has been going well.  I'll try to play a little catch up in the next few days.  One of the biggest things we all miss is the Sockers. They were the PDL soccer team that R helped coach.  He really enjoyed coaching with his good friends and the kids thoroughly enjoyed talking to, hanging out with and just learning from the players.  They all treated our kids like a member of the team and it is a time that I know our kids will always remember.  Luckily, we're still in contact with several of the players and I think they'll be lifelong friends and mentors to our kids.  Here are some pictures from the very last game we were at.

R really made some good friends while we were in Midland.  It's probably been one of the saddest things for him to leave.  I know they'll be friends for life but to not have them around on a daily basis like they were before will be different.  Here are the three stooges or three amigos.  :}
