Summer Update

Well I'm sorry to say I have no new pictures to update. I can't believe it actually because I always feel like I'm taking pictures but this will just have to be an update...update. We've been staying busy since the kids got out of school. We've been swimming, had friends over, to the Planetarium, movies and we go a lot to the gym. The kids had Vacation Bible school last week and really enjoyed that. This week we head out on our big summer "adventure." We will be heading to South Dakota for a family reunion with my Dad's side of the family and then we'll stay there for a few weeks to spend time with both my Mom and Dad and Grandparents (and lots of other extended family). For the 4th of July, we're heading to Wisconsin to the town in which I was born and raised. I can't wait to show the kids the 4th of July parade there. I have such great memories of it, and I can't wait to experience it with them. After that we'll head back to Sioux Falls, where R will come up for a visit. Unfortunately, R has to work so he'll only be able to join us for 1 week of our trip but he'll be busy with the Sockers team. They have evening practices and then he'll travel with the team to games so I am hoping that will keep his mind off of missing us. :{ It still will be a long trip without him, though. Lastly, we're off to Arizona for a few weeks to see family and friends. We have so much time on this trip so I'm looking forward to seeing what we can explore and check out in our free time. I'm sure I'll have lots to report back on. I'll try to post pictures when I can. We are all so excited for this fun "adventure." Check back often and follow us along on our trip.
