Prescott Hose Cart Races

The last day we were in Prescott we went to the Firemen Hose Cart and Bucket Brigades. This is a fun competition between all of the surrounding fire stations and wives. The Hose Cart and Bucket Brigades are the old fashioned way of putting out fires. We go every year and it is so fun to watch and the kids... actually we all get drenched in the process. After that we went to a picnic for firemen and their families. We had a great weekend with the Bates. Thanks again you guys and we hope to see you soon.
The fire wives actually did a hose cart race this year. It is very difficult and takes some pretty tough chicks to do it. M's team got first place.

J even got to compete in a bucket brigade this year. His team lost so they had to pour water on their head. He just loved it!!!

Even A helped with the hose

In between races the kids just get drenched in water. Like literally they sit in the water and get soaked!!
